By using Techlink SMS, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies we provide. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Techlink SMS. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to enter into this agreement under Ghanaian law.

Account Registration

Use of Services

You agree to use Techlink SMS only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not:

• Send unsolicited or spam messages.
• Use misleading or unauthorised sender IDs.
• Transmit illegal, abusive, or offensive content.
• Violate any applicable local or international telecommunications laws.

Sender ID Policy

Custom sender IDs may be requested through your dashboard but are subject to approval in compliance with Ghanaian telecom regulations. Unauthorized use of sender names is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

Your use of Techlink SMS is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to these practices.

Payment and SMS Credits

SMS services are prepaid. You must purchase credits before sending messages. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Bulk discounts may apply based on volume.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, Techlink SMS may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system upgrades, or issues beyond our control. We are not liable for service outages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software provided by Techlink SMS remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Techlink SMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services, including message delays or failed deliveries.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
